Beginning Strength
This 4-week program is designed for athletes who are still early in their training process. The program places emphasis on movement technique to get you familiar and confident with foundational movements that you will use throughout most training programs out there. These movements include: squats, deadlifts, lunges, bridges, pressing and pulling variations! After completing this program you will have built confidence & experience in your training ability as well as improved strength and strength endurance.

PERFORM - ADVANCED ATHLETE
INTENT’s Perform program is designed for the athlete with 2+ years of experience in the weight room. In PERFORM you will develop Power & Speed through a combination of acceleration training, top speed and weight lifting sessions that focus on power development through olympic lifts and plyometrics.

Description Designed for seasoned rugby athletes, Rugby Built is the proven program for building strength, power, and durability on the field. This 13‑week plan combines speed and agility drills, change‑of‑direction practice, conditioning sessions, and targeted weight‑lifting to challenge and refine your skill set. You’ll have every session laid out, giving you a clear path to elevate your fitness and agility.
